Tips for moms to stay calm
1.Identify your triggers and write them down
Ok. For those who don’t know, a “trigger” is a stressor or what makes you stressed out! Example: crying kids, not having enough money, conflicts with family members etc. When you find out your triggers, write them down so you’ll be aware of the things that bother you. I, myself, write my triggers in permanent markers on my walls. Ahh!! I know that sounds a little extreme but, I want to be as aware as possible with what sets me off.
